One month after surgery! I’m doing well, sleeping fairly well at night, and only getting up once in the night, to go to the bathroom.
I’m able to do a bit more every day and my incisions heal a bit more, and there’s a bit less blood in my urine.
The bruise on my left arm from blood draws is finally gone.
Bladder control is getting better, in that I can get by with just disposable underwear instead of an additional pad both day and night. Hopefully in a couple more weeks, I can graduate to underwear with a pad.
I’m very relieved at my choice for surgery and basically how “easy” it was. I’m sure other types of surgery would not seem so easy.
I almost took some acetaminophen yesterday in response to abdominal soreness from mowing the day before. But I didn’t and today, I feel great!
